Thomas Barton

Thomas Barton was very hardworking and extremely active in the community. He spent a number of winters hauling hay to Salt Lake only getting $4 per ton. At that time, there were no paved roads, no electric lights, no telephones, nothing but hard work.

Al Warr

Al was a beloved Granger Business Man. His business Granger Cold Storage- Meat Locker opened in October 1939 and contained 185 lockers. In 1948 the capacity was expanded to 550 lockers and in 1956 to 800 lockers

Parley Warr

Parley was born and raised on his families Granger Farm. Even at a young age, was an extremely hard-worker . He enjoyed farming and was always busy It is noted by his neighbors that ,” Parley was always busy in good works and helps those in need”.

David Warr

David is remembered as a stalwart pioneer with a keen sense of humor and was often the life of the party. His life philosophy was “We Advance by going forward--- never by going back”.
