It began with Walter and Jane

About 100 years ago Walter and Jane Orr decided to move from Tooele to Granger. They purchased land on the east side of 3600 West between 31st-35th south. Several of their children also bought land on the same block.

The family was very close and many Orr nieces and nephews were seen running to and from Grandma Orr's house.

Their son Milton, married Delsa Warr who lived across the street from him. Together they opened several area businesses. The first business Milton & Delsa opened, was Orr's Feed Mill. They began that business across from the Original Granger High on 3600, and then they moved it to the corner of 3600 W 3500 South. The Feed Mill was an important business for the Granger/Hunter Farming Community for over 30 years.
