The Hawarden Dairy

Herman "Herm" Nielsen was born and raised on 3200 West

He was always a big help on the family farm. He loved working hard. He enjoyed rounding up the Wild Mustangs and bringing them to his family farm and helping his father tame and sell them. He was always honest. His father taught him to round down when charging others and rounding up when paying for something. He was always given important tasks because he followed through with the work at hand.

He married the beautiful Vera who was from Idaho

Growing up next door to Ira Bennion, Herman never dreamed that one day he would own this beautiful home. But it was the perfect location for his dairy.

Herman was always a hard worker. He paid for 30 acres of land by the time he graduated from high school.

Soon Herm & Vera bought the beautiful Hawaden Home. It was the most luxurious home in the area.

Herman's dairy

was called The Hawarden Dairy
