David Warr Jr was co-owner of this Thrashing Machine.

The other owners of the machine were David Warr, George Grant and Ray Bolton

He and his crew would bring it to area farms to thresh grain. That means this machine removes the seeds from the stalks and husks Their machine saved farmers countless hours.  He would visit farms in Granger, Hunter and the dry farms of Kearns.

David was also a very talented musician.  Some of the instruments he was known to play were the piano, guitar, accordion, trumpet, and the fiddle.

Often he sat on his front porch on the corner of 3500 south 3600 west and play.

His music would serenade the whole area.

David Jr is the son of David and Phillis Warr
