Memories of the Original Granger Elementary

Last night as I loaded up my shopping cart with a jumbo pack of this, mega pack of that, assorted packs and a few monstrous package of more stuff…..I had a flash back.

I remember visiting the Original Granger Elementary, walking the halls and at that moment the smells of the lunchroom, pencils and chalk engulfed my mind. I remember standing in the very spot that you buy Costco hotdog and drinks for $1.99 and talking to the Granger Elementary Principal about how I could help some of the students that were in need during the Christmas Season with my non-profit program.

Oh the changes a Decade Makes!!

I attended Hillsdale Elementary but I remember driving by the Original Granger Elementary a million times during my childhood. It always reminded me of Hillsdale, they had the same architecture. I never thought it would ever be gone. Never thought it would be replaced by a huge Costco
