Dirk Harris

Dirk lived at 4002 Acord Way  and was a wonderful part of the community.

ML "Dirk" Harris was half of Acord-Harris Construction. This mighty duo was responsible for some important construction in the Granger/hunter area.

A few of their jobs included the Granger Library, the Granger Swimming Pool, Kennedy Jr High and the Dee Event Center.

Of course, the other half of the company was the magnificent Thayne Acord.

Dirk & Thayne were pivotal in the construction of the Granger Library

Acord-Harris Construction were the contractors for many area schools, including Kennedy.

This amazing duo constructed the Dee Event Center

The Construction of the Granger High Swimming Pool.

It was a favorite swimming spot for the community.

Dirk built many large projects all over the state. His company was called Granger Construction.

Dirk moved from Granger about 1973. Both his career and his wife's careers took him to Idaho, Canada.
