Dr Kenneth Hill

A true hero and a power for good. Dr Hill made his 24 hours each day mean something. He worked and worked to better the community.

Dr Kenneth Hill was an important part of both Granger and Hunter. He built the Hunter Medical Center where he served the area. He was pivotal in getting Granger Utah a Hospital. He was the 1st President of Valley West Hospital (Pioneer Valley Hospital) . He passed away in 1971 and it broke all of our hearts, he was only 49 yrs old. He left a amazing Medical Legacy for us.

Here is a short list of things Dr Hill was involved in:   Physician, Surgeon, Community Activist, Church Worker, opened the Hunter Medical Center, an Original Planner of the Valley West Hospital, President of the Hospital, Chairman of the Board,  member of the Granger-Hunter Community Council, member of the American Medical Association, Utah Society for General Practitioners, Team  Doctor for Cyprus High School Football Team, High Counselor and Father of 6 children.

Our hearts were broken when he died of diabetic complications.
