7095 W 3500 S
Osborn Apparel purchased the building on 7095 West 3500 South in about 1960.
Osborn began in Salt Lake in 1946 on Social Hall Avenue. They grew from just 6 sewing machines to several hundred sewing machines. They sewed clothing for JC Penney, Sears, Pendleton Brand, Eddie Bouer and Jantzen. They were able to sew 10,000 items weekly.
They expanded and could even produce 25,000 wallets weekly. They added sporting goods to their services and sewed items for the PGA.
The current company in the building is called Game Gear. I believe that this is still owned by the Osborn family.
