It is refreshing to walk into a building that has served the community for almost 70 years.

This building has housed several different type of businesses since it was built. The most common business has been a Barber Shop.

The barber Pole is so charming and still does it’s job beckoning to travelers along 3500 south

Steve Lucero has owned and operated Lucero’s Barber Shop in this location for almost 20 years. He has been a barber for 40.

Both my boys wanted to get rid of the shag and get a short fade haircut. Steve Lucero did a great job.

With all the changes along 35thsouth over the last few years I am so glad that this little shop still stands and serves the community.
