Robert Jones

Robert was came to Hunter/ Pleasant Green area right before 1900. He was a hard worker, loved the community and his family. His lovely bride Mary Ann Haslam died in 1934 leaving him 9 children, the youngest being 4.  Robert married Elizabeth Dilworth and together they raised the wonderful Jones children.

The Jones family were all hard workers and very active in the community.  There is a wonderful picture of the Old Road Grader that the Jones Family helped run.   The Jones Family were farmers and worked the land and helped the community of Hunter day and night.
