What do you remember? The Parr Home or Woody's Milk Depot / Woody's Self Service Gas & Food Market

It was located at3257 W 3500 S and was built on the old Parr home property. It was a favorite convenient store for several decades. The iconic Milk Jug sign was a favorite on 3500 South. The store had friendly staff that greeted you warmly with a smile and they usually new us by name. 

It was later discovered that in July 1975, the mass murder Ted Bundy was trying to intense one of our Granger Girls into his car. She refused his offers and a few hours later Bundy was arrested just down the street from Woody's.

The old Parr Home that was located on 3257 W 3500 South. This home was demolished to make way for Woody's Milk Depot.
