The Floyd and Clara Bawden Bendixsen Home

This home was built in about 1941 and began as an 812 sq foot home. 

Clara is the daughter of Orin and Mable Bawden she was born and raised in the area.

Floyd moved to the area as a young boy. He is the son of Carl and Mary Bendixsen

They were a mighty couple and made sure they were always involved in the community. Floyd served 5 1/2 years as the Redwood 2nd Bishop, and then Bishop of the North Jordan 6th and North Jordan 11th totaling 12 years as local LDS Bishop.  

They were an adorable couple. Clara was sweet, kind and always helped those in need.
