In the Mid 1960's The community raised money to purchase a Pavilion for the Park.
It was headed by the Hunter Lions and the Community Park Committee.
There were many fundraisers but the largest was a Raffle
$1.00 Raffle tickets were sold. The Grand Prize is a 15' Hydro-swift 33 Horse Power Boat including the boat trailer.
