Clarine seemed to always be an entrepreneur. She owned 3 restaurants in the 1970's and early 1980's.
Clarine purchased the Heaps Brick Oven at 3164 W 3500 South in about 1978. She served amazing food and had the best Brick Oven around. She even hired the best Brick Oven Chef,, Dave Katter to bake the pizza's perfectly.
