Kevin Likes
I was getting a duplicate birth certificate at a State Bldg and noticed a nearby room was dedicated to Kevin Likes. It had many pictures, awards & newspaper articles about this amazing man. He grew up in the Hillsdale Subdivision and lived his whole life in a wheelchair. He had many physical ailments including Muscular Dystrophy. He could only move his body slightly. His body was basically paralyzed.
It was so heartwarming to see neighbors and friends of Kevin help him get around. They drove him, carried him and help him in whatever endeavor he was involved in.
Kevin lead an impressive life!! He Graduated From Granger High and Salt Lake Tech. he was an advocate for the handicapped. He was a voice of Muscular Dystrophy . He was often see on TV, at the Utah State Capital speaking or just doing what he could to help others.
I will go back the the Kevin Ray Likes Conference Room and take some better pictures for us.
