I need donations to further our Granger Hunter History Project!

I've got some big exciting things I am in the middle of doing for our Granger History. But I wont be able to fund them on my own.

2007-2011 I spent a lot of time discover history and pictures of our past. 

2011-2014 I got serious and spent most of my free time discovering Granger history.

2014-2017 I spent most of my time looking for Granger History.

2018 is going to be a a huge year in Granger History. A year of making sure we have every piece of Granger History together. I am spending hours every day out in the field looking for new pictures/ facts. We also need to expand our social media (Facebook/Granger Website) so that people from all over can chime in, share their memories and histories.  I feel that right now, you and I....together, can make-up for all the time that was lost in past years.

We are doing BIG THINGS TOGETHER!  Things that no one else has been able to do. Together we have discovered tens of thousands of pictures and shared memories of our past....let's NOT STOP.    

Remember the City has not/is not funding this project. Many have asked (for 10 years) to get a historic home or museum to preserve our history. What the city did was to buy items like shelving, boxes and given a small room to hold the boxes of precious items we have. They gave us a 3 month display and a yearly Christmas Tree...that is all. In my opinion the city seems mainly focused on Growth and their 30-40 year goals.

Guys....It's all up to US!!!    WE can get this done!  WE can find and write everything possible about our past.

At some point in the next year or two we are going to be able to put together The Amazing and Complete History of Granger/Hunter/Chesterfield!    

Thanks ..I have spent so much of my own money on this project over the last 10 years. I appreciate all those that have helped pay for items in 2017. Let's all pitch in one more time to get us through 2018 and then we can CELEBRATE!
