5303 West 3500 South no longer houses Hunsaker Market or Hunsaker Meats. The Hunsaker closed their business here and took operations to their plant in Tooele the end of 2016

5303 W 3500 So now houses the most delicious pasta plant this side of Italy.  

Pete Funaro is the name of the man that bought the building.  Pete is a legend in the Restaurant business. We all know and love Diamon Lil's. He is one of the reasons you loved it so much. 

"Funaro's Perfect Pasta" hand-makes pasta with the freshest ingredients. They hand fork the Gnochi to make it perfect, they claim you wont find a finer pasta around. 

I think we should all buy some of their Lasagna, take it home and see if it compares to Francesco's Lasagna....  It is not a restaurant, just a pasta plant.

Thank heavens I wont see anymore Deer Carcass' hanging out after the hunt...that always freaked me (a non-hunter) out.
