These cute Town-homes  sat vacant for several years. They were ultimately torn down and replaced by the Big 5 Sporting Goods Strip Mall. The report I read was they were never lived in , re-zoned for Commercial and demolished.

Several years later a large apartment complex was built just east of these (closer to I-215)
