Bill and Hazel Bertoch — Granger Utah History

They were involved in the community, home and they were very industrious. While holding down a full time job at Hercules, Both Bill and Hazel managed several rental units and a store.

Hazel is the daughter of Hyrum and Helen Brown Coon from the Pleasant Green/Magna area. Hazel & William married in 1924 William worked full-time at the Hercules Powder Company and also managed a community store; later William and Hazel owned an appliance store . They both had their Real Estate license which helped with there rental property. I will attach the family home which was torn down and a service station was put in its place. Bill & Hazel's son Randy Bertoch still runs the service garage at 4312 S 4000 W. Randy is known to be one of the most honest mechanics in the area.
