Robert Goble says that:
This photo is of Garfield (Originally the very west corner of the Pleasant Green precinct.) It's circa 1906. That rock formation in the middle left is part of the knolls near the 201 highway. To your right is the Spencer farm. Those tents were of the workers putting in the old smelter. That photo is pointing from the hill to the north east, which is covered with tailings now. That pipe is most likely to a freshwater spring near Toronto's cave (Dead Man's Cave).
