Paul & Barbara Lambert

So what do you remember about Paul & Barbara Lambert? Their business(Lambert Nursery) is still on 3910 S. Redwood Rd. and family run. They began selling plants in the late 1950's on their home/nursery on 2200 West and then 10 years later expanded it clear to Redwood Road.
Besides running a nursery Paul was an amazing builder and quite adventurous. The Lambert's para-sailed often, did you ever see them from your Granger home? They often para-sailed in their backyard on Redwood Road, using the family tractor to pull people up about 150 feet into the air. They were avid boaters, parachutists, racquetball players, rappelled often, enjoyed river running, they directed over 2,000 groups on parasailing adventures over Utah lake and WVC. Paul was very inventive, he was interested in Solar Energy and his license plate read "SOLAR 1", in an article I read he wanted to use his hovercraft to go on a 6,000 mile adventure.
