Everytime a Brick falls...I cry a little!

Do you mind it I shed a tear? My beliefs in Progress is different from others. A WVC employee that was watching the demo of this section of 35th and 2700W with me this morning said..."It's Progress Ma'am". I said "No, it is not"! He looked at me a bit puzzled, and walked away. This morning I am consoling myself by looking at the magnificent Ma/pa business that our forefathers built on 35th. Thinking about Thayne Acord, Estel Wright....so many that had a hand in making "The Granger" we were raise in. Feel super lucky to be born before the 80's. We are the kids that got to see what "Real Progress was". Kinda feeling nostalgic today! What's your idea of Progress?
